Direitos fundamentais aos refugiados Venezuelanos

Abstract

Esta dissertação trata dos contextos de migração quanto aos direitos fundamentais aos refugiados venezuelanos. Com o aumento do número de imigrantes e refugiados venezuelanos no país, que em sua maioria ingressa no território nacional pelo Município de Pacaraima, na região fronteiriça do Estado de Roraima, houve o aumento de algumas situações de conflito decorrente desse fluxo migratório intenso. A pesquisa realizada teve como abordagem a técnica qualitativa e sua delineação foi embasada em estudo de campo com entrevistas, pesquisas documentais e bibliográficas. Isso caracterizou o Estudo de Caso que geralmente utiliza dados qualitativos que são coletados a partir de eventos reais. Utilizou-se o método hermenêutico-crítico nas análises das entrevistas semiestruturadas. Os sujeitos participantes deste estudo foram: Como instrumento de coleta de dados, fizemos uma entrevista semiestruturada com 10 venezuelanos, de ambos os sexos, que se encontram no Brasil há um período de pelo menos 2 anos. As análises desenvolvidas foram fundamentadas nas contribuições de autores como: Alves (2020); Bichara (2019); Brito e Borges (2020); Camargo e Hermany (2018); Conceição (2018); Costa e Brandão (2017); Freitas e Felix (2019), dentre outros autores. Pretende-se com os resultados desta pesquisa contribuir para o debate sobre a migração venezuelana no Brasil. De acordo com as interpretações dos dados desta pesquisa percebeu-se o difícil momento de transição e mudanças a qual passam os sujeitos imigrantes recém-chegados, as marcas deixadas nas vidas de cada um deles, por conta desse momento são inúmeras, sonhos perdidos, esperanças difíceis de serem retomadas e a dificuldade de se retomar avida em um novo país.

This dissertation deals with the contexts of migration regarding the fundamental rights of Venezuelan refugees. With the increase in the number of Venezuelan immigrants and refugees in the country, which mostly enters the national territory through the Municipality of Pacaraima, in the border region of the State of Roraima, the rewasan increase in some situations of conflict resulting from this intense migratory flow. The research carried out had as a qualitative technique approach and its design was based on a field study with interviews, documentary and bibliographic research. This characterized there search that generally uses qualitative data that is collected from real events. The hermeneutic-critical method was used in the analysis of semi-structured interviews. The subjects participating in this study were: As a data collection instrument, we conducted a semi-structured interview with 10 Venezuelans, of both sexes, who have been in Brazil for a period of atleast 2 years. The analyzes developed were based on the contributions of authors such as: Alves (2020); Bichara (2019); Brito and Borges (2020); Camargo and Hermany (2018); Conceição (2018); Costa and Brandão (2017); Freitas and Felix (2019), among other authors. The results of this research are intended to contribute to the debate on Venezuelan migration in Brazil. According to the interpretations of the data of this research, it was noticed the difficult moment of transition and changes that the newly arrived immigrants under go, the marks left in the lives of each of them, because of that moment there are countless, lost dreams, hopes difficult to resume and the difficulty of resuming life in a new country.
