Desenvolvimento sustentável na Polícia Federal – ODS 16 instituições eficazes

Abstract

A pesquisa foi desenvolvida com o objetivo de aferir quais fatores organizacionais e ações executadas na Polícia Federal possuem associação com o compromisso assumido pelo Brasil, relativo à Agenda 2030, para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável. Como método de pesquisa, foi utilizado o estudo de caso, com vistas a se obter uma perspectiva holística e do mundo real, conforme observância quantitativa dos resultados aferidos na concretização de um Planejamento Estratégico Regional, elaborado sob as diretrizes do planejamento estratégico situacional da Polícia Federal (2021/2023) e executado na Superintendência Regional da Polícia Federal em Goiás, no ano 2021/2022. Para completa explanação, foram coletados dados relativos a um dos indicadores estratégicos da Polícia Federal, vinculado à mensuração de efetividade, além das métricas e índices vigentes. Pretendeu-se, assim, investigar se, e como, o papel da gestão estratégica pode influenciar no maior alcance de sustentabilidade, consolidando a Polícia Federal como instituição eficaz, nos termos descritos no Objetivo de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) 16 – Paz, Justiça e Instituições Eficazes e com foco na Meta 16.6, que tem como finalidade desenvolver instituições eficazes, responsáveis e transparentes em todos os níveis.

The research was developed with the objective of assessing which organizational factors and actions carried out by the Federal Police are associated with the commitment assumed by Brazil, regarding the 2030 Agenda, for Sustainable Development. As a research method, the case study was used, with the desire to obtain a holistic and real-world perspective, according to the quantitative observance of the results measured in the implementation of a Regional Strategic Planning, elaborated under the guidelines of the situational strategic planning of the Federal Police (2021/2023) and executed at the Federal Police Regional Superintendence in Goiás, in the year 2021/2022. For a complete explanation, data were collected on one of the strategic indicators of the Federal Police, linked to the measurement of effectiveness, in addition to the current metrics and indices. It was intended, therefore, to investigate whether, and how, the role of strategic management can influence the greater reach of sustainability, consolidating the Federal Police as an effective institution, in the terms described in SDG 16 - Peace, Justice and Effective Institutions and with a focus on in Target 16.6 Develop effective, accountable and transparent institutions at all levels.
